Frequently asked questions

Can I crop to an exact ratio like square or 16:9?

Yes — choose a ratio preset and the crop frame locks to it. Free-form cropping is the default.

Does cropping reduce image quality?

No. The kept region is copied pixel-for-pixel; nothing is recompressed unless you choose JPG output.

Does this work on my phone?

Yes — the crop frame supports touch: drag with a finger to move, and use the corner handles to resize.
